Hi Everyone
Our next LLC meeting is Thursday February 21st at Sagers Restuarant in Mt. Vernon -starting at 10:00am.We are gathering to encourage each other, pray for one another, work out ministry issues together, dream of new ministry and learn from each other.. We will look at "Leveraging Your Leadership Style" by John Jackson. You will remember John spoke at our gathering in Ron’s church.. The authors share four personality types/leadership styles:
1)The Commander - 2)The Coach - 3) The Counselor - 4) The Conductor
If you are reading the book you probably already know which one you are. We will discuss how we can most effectively lead out of our style and how we can help develop our leaders. The book is short and a fast read.
Shalom CLINT
